DERECHOS DE LOS USUARIOS
El interesado de los datos personales podrá ejercitar los derechos que le asisten, de acuerdo con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, y que son:
A.- El derecho de acceso, se podrá ejercitar con periodicidad anual, excepto interés legítimo acreditado.

Asimismo, las imágenes podrán ser cedidas a los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado, así como a los Juzgados y Tribunales que lo requieran en cumplimiento de una obligación legal aplicable a la Entidad como Responsable de tratamiento. |
